Frontline has regular Biblical Preaching Workshops throughout the year for Pastors, Teachers and Evangelist; those participants who attended our recent workshop greatly benefit from the Study Bibles and Theology books donated.
COURIER & POSTAL SERVICE
Before lockdown, L4A mostly used the postal service for requests / orders received from Churches and Ministries across our provincial borders. These requests include Bibles, Discipleship, Evangelism, Audio Visuals and Teaching resources. Since our provincial borders opened for courier services to operate, most of our cross-province order were transported through couriers. Literature4Africa sent a total of 7 orders through Postal Service and 19 orders through courier services. The biggest order through courier services was the 1 tonne (256 boxes) of WMP Gospel booklets to Jesus in the Workplace International Ministries in Gauteng Province.
Somerset Hospital in Cape Town opened the warmer seasons with a Spring Event and they collected a tonne of study, evangelism and devotional materials for staff and patients. Amelia from Bible Arts in George prepared gift packs for a children event and 1 tonne of resources for children were collected. AFM Kingsway in Kwazulu-Natal collected 1 pallet of English and Zulu WMP’s for Outreaches. Reini Coetzee of Revelation Ministries in Eastern Cape collected 2 tonnes of resources for Feeding Schemes and Street Ministry. Every Home for Christ collected half ton WMP’s for distribution in Gauteng Province. Missionary Roy Reddy who is reaching out to Schools and Prisons collected a pallet of resources. Leo Baan, a missionary in Swaziland collected one tonne of materials which included Theology, Bibles, Audio Visuals, Discipleship and Evangelism for Pastors, Bible Schools Students and Evangelists.
John Henry Jowett, a British preacher of an earlier generation, said this about gratitude: “Gratitude is a vaccine, an antitoxin, and an antiseptic.” What did he mean? He meant that gratitude, like a vaccine, can prevent the invasion of a disgruntled, discouraged spirit. Like an antitoxin, gratitude can prevent the effects of the poisons of cynicism, criticalness, and grumbling. Like an antiseptic, a spirit of gratitude can soothe and heal the most troubled spirit. Without a doubt, we could spend much time focusing on the many things that went wrong during the past year, but I want to remind ourselves of the tremendous importance and calling we have as a people of Thankfulness to serve in God’s Kingdom.
Thank you very much for supporting the Work and Witness of Literature4Africa (L4A) at Frontline Fellowship. Your support enables us to continue to provide quality Christian Resources and Love-in-Action for Pastors, Churches, Chaplains, Bible Schools, Missionaries and Evangelists throughout South Africa, as we serve Christians, work for Biblical Reformation and pray for Spiritual Revival amongst God’s children.
Thanks to God for all those who had a hand in preparing, packaging, loading, shipping and financing these vital literature resources.
The pictures and testimonies which follows, attest of your Labours of Love, Care and Service towards the Kingdom of God. As we constantly grow in the knowledge of Christ Jesus, we trust the Lord, that together with you, we may continue our labour’s with peace in our souls, trusting and absolutely committing ourselves and our all to His management. May you be encouraged by the emails from the Literature4Africa mailbag as we share our gratitude for your faithfulness and support.
